Of course, the ideal answer would be to get the TMS going again, but Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield is effectively obstructing that, and it's not financially feasible for us to foot the bill ourselves.
Thus, the choice is between two patterns: depersonalising medication that will lose effectiveness after a few weeks anyway, or the more emotionally difficult but open route and try to mitigate the worst of it with cannabis and mindfulness?

But another part is observing that despite the difficulties of the last few days in particular – possibly even because of them – my wife and I have managed to make a lot of headway in talking about and healing from a huge knot of nasty emotional baggage that we've each been carrying for a long time.
That part is tempted to hold off a little longer and see if I really do have the tools now to survive without SNRIs, SSNRIs, SNESRIs, or whatever comes next.

Here's one for you. I'm really starting to feel the effects of having gone six weeks without a TMS session. The effects of anxiety are creeping back in during the day... and then wrecking shop in the evening.
Part of me is ready to give up, just as my "health insurance" company is trying to force me to, and go back on the pharmaceuticals that "work" for a couple weeks and then slide me back into the emotional equivalent of staring at the wall and drooling on myself.

It's always a little bit baffling when I finish up some code for a tutorial exercise, compare to the tutorial's code, and find mine to be more robust, more elegant, and much more exemplary of the material actually taught by the tutorial itself. I'm more capable than I thought!
I'll try not to let it go to my head.
To the three-and-a-half of you out there following my #SNESmusic posts:
Yeah, I know, it's a little awkward hitting so many Japan-only releases in a row, but take heart; only half a dozen more, and we start hitting the _Ys_ soundtracks!
If you don't know much about the _Ys_ series of RPGs, you're in for a musical treat!
. . . I really should have started out with some links for where to listen to this stuff, shouldn't I?
#SNESmusic: Zan 3 Spirits, Zakuro no Aji, Yuujin Janjuu Gakuen.
Zan 3 Spirits – 7|5: Incrementally better than Zan 2 Spirits in all ways, keeps the traditional Japanese musical influence going.
Zakuro no Aji – 7|6: Mood-setting music for a play novel with horror themes and some notably nice sample work in some spots.
Yuujin Janjuu Gakuen – 5|5: Pleasant, but nothing special. Just the thing for a mahjongg title? (Video board games don't really need big music, though it's always welcome.)
#SNESmusic: Zelda no Densetsu Remix; Zan 2 Spirits.
Zelda no Densetsu Remix (BS Zelda) – 5|4: Mediocre, inaccurate, muddy conversion of _The Legend of Zelda_ with a couple extra tracks. Not really worth one's time.
Zan 2 Spirits – 6|5: Textbook example of quality composition at odds with an unrefined sound engine and lackluster conversion. Weak samples, very little articulation... but still worth a listen if you like composer Motoi Sakuraba's style.
#SNESmusic: Zennihon Pro Wrestling 2; Zen Nihon Pro Wrestling: Fight da Pon!; Zen Nihon GT Sensyuken.
Zennihon Pro Wrestling 2 – 7|5: Most of this is a clear evolution from the previous in multiple ways, both musically and technically.
Zen Nihon Pro Wrestling: Fight da Pon! – 6|5: Sounds like the goofy-and-cute offshoot of the series.
Zen Nihon GT Sensyuken: 5|3: Sometimes, guitars sound like trumpets... or is that the other way around? Icky reverb/chorus, questionable tuning.

#SNESmusic: Zennihon Pro Wrestling; Zennihon Pro Wrestling Dash.
Zennihon Pro Wrestling – 5|4: No idea how much of this corresponds to the depicted wrestlers' signature themes, but it mostly becomes "generic SNES rock tunes" here.
• "Zennihon" also shows up as "Zen Nippon". Yay, transliteration!
Zennihon Pro Wrestling Dash (Natsume Championship Wrestling) – 6|5: A distinct upgrade from Zennihon Pro Wrestling – crisper, tighter, and a bit more representative of what the SNES APU can do.
