If anyone ever was interested in getting into the Ys or Trails series, both of them appear to be on sale this weekend! I highly recommend picking up Ys I and II Chronicles (currently $4.50 each) and Trails in the Sky (currently $10) and Trails in the Sky SC ($20)
(both series follow Falcom's tradition of "the first game leads very immediately directly into the second", so you'll probably want both if you get one)

Many people on Mastodon prefer only to be followed by people they know. For example, a lot of people do this because their followers-only posts can get very personal, and they want to vet who can read them. If you haven't gotten to know them, they'll reject your follow request out of hand; it's a matter of personal comfort.
