@Zest Some of the best characters do seem to start out as a joke that is just too good to not keep around :D

Thoughts of a slinky dragon that likes to wrap itself around you whenever it can, especially during the colder seasons. The dragon says it's because you're a good source of heat for its poor cold blooded body, but you know it's just an excuse to snuggle. The dragon isn't cold blooded, it just REALLY likes you but doesn't want to admit it. You don't mind though; even if the dragon won't say it, the way it constantly nuzzles into you every chance it gets says all that needs to be said
Oops, apparently when I went grocery shopping Sunday I forgot to put the distilled water in the car, and left it in the cart. Oh well, filtered water is almost as good for my CPAP machine. I can use tap water if I absolutely need to, but I'd have to give the reservoir a vinegar soak this weekend if I did.
Remember when I said that it's good when artists watermark their work? Well, when they don't, or when some art thief has managed to crop or edit it out, let me just say that TinEye (https://tineye.com) is amazing. Sometimes it takes a little further digging, but my success rate for finding original sources when starting there is probably around 90%.

@FreyaManibrandr Same; it's been a completely different experience since the collapse :C It doesn't help any that so many either switched to different instances (or made secondary instances primary, several of whom didn't migrate their accounts so no telling where they went unless you caught the notice from them in time) went back to twitter, or just didn't migrate at all and disappeared.

Welp, as I thought, 3 days of work has sent me into another burnout spiral. Thank fuck I did have the 6 days off though, or this would have been a lot worse, considering just how busy we were this week. Either way I'm finding myself losing track of significant amounts of time, and that's probably not good. So, time to get out of the house for a bit and hope that helps
Oops, did my job a little too well apparently; dispatch was planning a double run for the freight I was to load, and I managed to load 95% of it into one trailer anyway. No point in doing a second run for freight that would barely fill a quarter of a trailer! (had I known that was the plan I would have probably saved half the freight I did load for a second trailer. But all I was told was load what I want so long as two specific shipments made it in at the end!)
So my body razor's power cable is apparently really frayed and cracked. But I'm happy to see that it's designed really smartly, because even though it was cracked, frayed, and flaking, the copper wire was not bare. Turns out the individual wires are coated in a clear plastic, with the power cable itself coated to keep them together and protected.
re: Mental health, covid
@Motodrachen 1000% same. This pandemic has been absolute hell, even for social recluses like me. I miss being able to plan things or seeing friends I rarely get to see :C I miss being able to do anything other than go to work and go home, with no idea when I'll be able to do literally anything else
