Downside is I'm sitting here watching chats pile up while I'm slurping ramen. 😅
Housemate says they're 99% sure I have ADD and now I'm actually fairly excited about psych appt this week cause maybe she can help me with concentration.
I do often find myself unable to focus on mich of anything without taking multiple needless breaks to do anything from checking phone to cleaning half the house.
