Housemate says they're 99% sure I have ADD and now I'm actually fairly excited about psych appt this week cause maybe she can help me with concentration.
I do often find myself unable to focus on mich of anything without taking multiple needless breaks to do anything from checking phone to cleaning half the house.

@Freylet @Fuego not quite the same as having a full stop mechanism but lexapro has "evened out" my emotions in a manner that could be descibed as discontinuing them on some level. Mostly now I only actively feel emotions when they are particularly strong, otherwise I'm fairly numb overall. Probably not 100% what it's supposed to do heh but sounds along the lines of what you mean.
