@DiaryOfIceTea yeah, that’s the one! It should offer you the option to “refresh” (install Windows over itself, leaving stuff) or “reset” and I think “reset” is the “format and reinstall” one!

@DiaryOfIceTea windows 10 has a thing where you can ask it to do a clean reinstall of itself! It’s in settings under maintenance if I remember right!
