@Elizafox I just do not understand that argument either. it's right up there with "made-up words"--as opposed to words we found growing on a hillside all organic and shit? if enough people use it over time that it comes into common use, it's just as much a "real word" as any other damn word we use.

@anthracite actually on the Sound it's not that bad; the waters are so incredibly deep, and so cold most of the year, it keeps the surface temperature lower than it would be on a typical lake. if you ever get the chance you should take a Ducks tour (if you haven't already)--cheezy but informative! XD

@Soreth @starkatt this is probably going to happen in somewhat slow-motion, as in I don't expect it to be a thing until autumn at the earliest, barring some kind of miraculous windfall, but I will definitely include y'all on my notice list for whatever happens! XD

@anthracite my personal ShoDuPerSav (am I saying that right? :P) during hot weather is lukewarm showers. frequently, as needed, especially after exercise.

I'm lucky in that I don't usually need much sunscreen--I may get a burn, but after that I get a permatan that just darkens over time...

@Leucrotta gawd yes. I would be so much more relaxed about genderstuff if our language had a default "if you aren't sure use this neutral one" pronoun.

walking around the house with the Pokemon Go app open to log distance and trailing a cat toy for the kitten. taking a walk with my pets... XD
