there's also the question of which store(s) to go to. I need more stuff from two stores that are farther away, but the need for stuff from the closer store is more urgent; and since I don't have a car, buying things at one store and then dragging them through the second (or third) store is unappealing. :| plus if I were to hit all three it would definitely mean I'd have to take the cart, which isn't fun in the rain. growf grrf.

XD I do have a very rain-proof jacket, though... but (on the third hand) I don't have a car... really, I guess it's mostly a matter of whether I can motivate myself into motion before 4 pm. once I'm moving, all obstacles can be overcome! but if I never get started... eeeenh there's always tomorrow. XD

Tozen was smashing flower pots at Lowes when his student, a store clerk, approaches in agitation.
"Tozen! Why are you destroying these pots?"
The master shook his head.
"I have destroyed nothing. The void which constitutes the pot still remains."
The student-clerk was incredulous
"I do not see this void."
Tozen smiled "Look around you."
The clerk did as he was told.
When he looked back to Tozen he saw nothing, and was enlightened.
