Once again, one of my cats has passed away. Hapatic Lipidosis. This time, my mom on the phone, with my dad on one side and my soul brother on the other. Once it was done, once again, I'm at D&B drowning myself in noise. It's nice, but sours the whole day off, especially with my other friends bailing on plans.

We shall let the darkness flow through and over me, dawning a new day moving forward with the flow.

@Oneironott On the bright side, OT pay, free food, some comp time this week, a bar night out with the coworkers, and compliments from the execs for getting these major issues fixed before Monday.

Wow. I've already worked 20 hours this week and it's not even Monday! And that's not even counting my 50 hours from last week.

On the bright side, my next paycheck will be quite nice, which means I'll have more flexibility in treating myself to nice things as recovery from this week of nonsense. Not to mention my roommates are super understanding and are treating me to grilled meats and tasty treats.

So, worked from 10 AM to 8 AM. Crazy AF 22 hour conversion due to unforeseen network issues, architectural rebuilds due to lack of time which was self-imposed by upper management to the distress of lower/middle management. And it's still somewhat broken. I'll be poking at routing here in a bit so we can try to figure out what's up. >.>
