Loved ones gathering for a big fucking meal/party is one that I've always found to be perfect, no matter what culture. Food and gathering is a good way to remember the departed, and the togetherness helps keep everyone from being alone in their mourning.

I don't have much about my body that triggers anything I would recognize as dysphoria. But one thing I have found that does is my hair and lack thereof. If i could somehow convince a surgeon to switch the skin from the sides of my head with the top, I would feel a whole lot better about my HRT and transition goals
