I read somewhere that negative self talk is casting negative spells on yourself, and instead you should use positive affirmations even if they're ridiculously untrue to cast positive spells instead and I'm not really a witch but I am 100% here for that.

She claims she cleaned but I bet she just shoved half of her cluttered workspace into a corner or extradimentional pocket.
