fwiw I sent in my Ryzen 5 5600X after almost a year of using it (and getting random bluescreens I couldn't properly diagnose) and they replaced it no questions asked

@smaecks@chaos.social @n0toose @trwnh Mindfactory doesn't do that, they have a very good RMA process, they simply offer you a 5€ voucher if you go via the manufacturer (which might be quicker anyways)
