Letztes Jahr war ich Teil des Orga-Teams der @HIP22. Sehr früh in der Planung hatten wir überlegt, welche Infektionsschutzmaßnahmen wir wollen und uns für zwei Dinge entschieden: Impf- und Maskenpflicht*. Im Vorfeld hatten wir einige Diskussionen, was wir davon wie strikt durchsetzen werden können, wo wir Augenmaß walten lassen und wo nicht, wie stressig das vor Ort sein wird, ….
