@elilla oh, there's test kits / measuring devices but the easiest thing you can do is tape down a square of cling film and see if it gets wet within 48 hours

@elilla with whatever you're putting down, make sure you're not sealing in moisture, concrete is surprisingly permeable and basements aren't the driest place around here
it started working again sometime through the night… I guess the heat provider had an issue

@frost I mean you can ask them if they have a space for that but a rack doesn't even have a floor
@frost also they won't let you just chuck a tower somewhere
@frost your desktop also probably draws more than 110W
