they were warping at the ends (pla and petg really don't wanna stick to each other, which is part of the plan) so I connected them in the slicer

@onfy pretty sure the Unity splashscreen has been around forever
@onfy Unity does a similar thing which kinda backfired bc it made it seem like an engine for cheap games
@onfy idk I mostly used macos back then (well not in 1995 but with computers that old) which naturally had no quicktime trouble
@onfy oh! it was an ActiveX thing
@onfy well, they usually came with the installer on the disc but you get what I mean
@onfy idk I just remember a ton of Windows software relying on externally installed Quicktime back then, like games with fmv
@onfy iirc programs can embed it in some way to play the video format so there's probably an api
@cccac maybe drop the "this isn't final" reminder at this point ;)

@leah I have the same issue but with truenas and all writeups are like "yeah it should just work if you have your settings right" so I've decided to just live with it for now 😅
