@codl it can export to a large QR code only meant for changing devices, that's it. It used to be a very basic app
@codl tbh I've been using a second installation of the app on my tablet as a backup of sorts, I guess you could also store the QR code somewhere safely but my new app just lets me export to a (passphrase-encrypted) file that I store via Nextcloud
@pup_hime I think he should accompany them
@codl would it be so bad to at least communicate that it's being stored without encryption and/or offer to encrypt it with a simple passphrase? Apple seems to manage syncing 2FA without sending it in cleartext

@Bobo_PK es gibt auch Debugger für PHP, muss man in die Engine reinkonfigurieren oder so, hab ich aber tbh noch nicht viel benutzt, weil Symfony ein nices Interface für Error- und Log-Handling hat

@Bobo_PK json_encode schon mit JSON_THROW_ON_ERROR ausgeführt? ansonsten kann man da lange drin rumstochern. Es gibt auch die Option JSON_INVALID_UTF8_IGNORE, aber das ist wahrscheinlich das Gegenteil von dem was du haben willst, ne?

@thunfisch interessant. Mein LG G6 hatte Qualcomm IZat, aber mit Erklärung und Schalter in den Einstellungen, explizit optional.
Finde es ja ein wenig sus, dass am Ende das eigene Produkt als Lösung verkauft wird
