@Aros as the foremost in bugbear smooching techniques how would you say bugbears develop in a sense of their heritage becoming a reflection of their power?

Bugbears! So far I got a concept of leadership out of them. They tend to be smaller communities and as such have to be stronger leaders to compete with other races historically.
Dealmaker: after convincing someone to do something you gain advantage on social rolls to keep them from doing something else.
You cut a deal and they find a buyer willing to pay more so you run into the shop to yell at them and gain advantage to convince them with words or threats alone
