If locale were no option, I'd be at U:DON in the Seattle University District (if it's still there). having a Tantan Goma Zaru Udon. (It's chilled sanuki udon noodles with a sesame sauce and spicy pork! Definitely criminal.) Or maybe China Pearl in Boston stuffing myself with dim sum. There's no real dim sum down here. ;__;
