even if it had only just gotten the one season you would at least see it and know they did the best with what they had. but because it *has* four seasons it feels really weird how rushed it gets

@gardevoir unfortunately it gets worse in the later seasons. Primarily because of Studio Nonsense.

(they had the whole four-season show planned out, then the studio told them nope you only get one season. so they crammed the whole story into one season, then the studio said "guess what! we're giving you three more seasons" and they had to make up more stuff on short notice)

@socks That can just happen if the screen gets a little damp (even if you don't notice it, it could have gotten a bit of sweat on it or something). Does wiping it off real well help at all?

we were walking back to our apartment and commented to a neighbor that it smelled like skunk, and they said no it's someone's marijuana

we don't even have sales tax at all over here in oregon (it's different per state in the US, which is part of why they don't include tax in price tags here) so sometimes we just forget about it

@patchwork We've seen a couple streamers who put additional CWs on screen for the entirety of the stream but... that doesn't exactly help if you can't see them until you're potentially exposed to the CW-worthy content

@socks I wonder just how old of a word that is, because I think both folk and lore are words of Germanic origin, and English hasn't had a predominantly Germanic productive lexicon in quite a long time
