Just confronted my dad about things. What a weird, halting transition. I came out last fall but still have no clue what's in the cards medically. I dunno why they act like a medically necessary therapy would be too expensive for them and their two brand new cars.

@Fuego I feel a little guilty because I ended up letting it slide pretty much every time, especially since I meant for myself to remain closeted to the community at large. But I guess it's better late than never to get after them for their backsliding. And, it isn't my fault that they backslid in the first place! They're culpable.

I'm so tired of being back in the closet at home. How the hell do you even go back into the closet with the same people???? Anyone else have people suddenly "forget" you were ever trans, despite living with you the whole time? Ugggh
