the bar isn't even that high. all we want is to not have to worry about a roof over our heads, having food on the table, and maybe not having a rush of panic when the bills come.

we just want to survive. it's really not all that much to ask for. it's not even that hard to accomplish.

got a new mouse because the dongle in my old one Wouldn't Work and it's so nice to have a mouse i can rely on aaa

@ThatDamnCat can confirm. he's allowed to have hairbands, but the actual rubber aren't allowed. he gets terribly pouty when we take them away.

apparently this time he didn't notice somebody coming over to take it, so when it moved he slammed his paw down a split second too late to catch it :'3 poor boy

my dumb baby boycat was playing with a real rubber band and he's not allowed to have them so we took it away, and now he's crying and searching for it

i'm home again and it's still offensively hot

i'm sure it's all very good but it lets rick cosplayers think they have full free allowance to act like a (drunken) asshole to any/everybody cause they're just 'in character'
