@KawaSeadrake *checks* I'm on 200 spiro, and now I'm kinda wondering about 150. I get 100 often when I forget an evening dose (especially several days in a row), but...yeah.
The only thing is that even if I tinker with T levels it still remains that I'll have none post-GRS, unless I then manually take it. So dunno if I want to?
