Plurality and Stress Management
I don't even forget, but then my system's not easily set up for roles that can't be swapped, so most of my selves can to some degree serve in another's role, even if it's not their strong suit.
Feels kinda similar here? Like, Raia, you can do the heavy lifting when needed, but V should also slowly get better at it verself, and thus not turning to you /only/ when stress is too high. :-)
