Yeah, that's the part I'm pissed about. That those are the only options to neutralize Jindosh. I kinda want to live in his house, and I /loved/ his laboratory, holy shit. My mad scientist got plenty of ideas from it.
I'd rather let Jidosh work /for/ me than destroy him utterly. :-/

@Lobst I mean, Trials usually has explosions alongside some of the tracks, or the silly rag-dolling of the rider at the end of tracks, but yeah, pretty glad to see it not turn into "ride tracks and do sweet flips and jumps, then hop off the bike into a sandbox open world multiplayer lane battle royale team shoot!"

I didn't even realize Delilah had been seen before, so after I finished my run of 2, I went back and did the DLC I hadn't played, with her in it. Good stuff. :-)

(For serious though, a 'shader' is just a set of code that tells a 3D rendering engine how to display the pixels, I believe. It involves how the lighting works, what sort of fade-into-atmosphere effects happen, even how the geometry of the world is displayed (such as fisheye lens-style, field of vision, or even perceptual curvature of the plane around you.) )

@sev So many people around me are doing activism fueled by rage and anger at the system, and...I just can't process that myself. I just don't have that rage.
I struggle with feeling like that's the only (big, public, noisy) way to be an activist, when I easily forget the other ways I do so (my job, my /life/). It's a turbulent time and so /exhausting/ because of it.
