@zebratron2084 pretty much any time Chloe (momma orange and white cat) is in there with the kittens, there's at least a couple of kittens nursing. I suspect she's really looking forward to weaning them. XD

@Leucrotta redwood forests are cathedrals.... vertical lines, dappled light, the quiet and stillness, threaded with green and running water... yeah, I get kinda... intense about them. XD
@zebratron2084 XD well, y'know... kittens! 15% PLAYPLAYPLAYPLAY, 85% SLEEEEEEP. they have the max buffer, I think four hours? so you should be able to go back a bit and see the kittan mayhem. :D
I keep that channel open in one of my tabs all the time nowdays, just so I can constantly check over and see what the furballs are up to.

@Leucrotta gawd, that's the one thing I really miss about being up here... we've got pines, but they aren't redwoods, and they *feel* distinctly different, and I miss the redwoods *so much*.
2-question mini-survey: pain & fear thereof
a) hmmmm.... on a raw average, I'd say maybe a 1.5. most days I have no pain at all, but when I get abdominal pains or headaches they can be pretty bad. I'd say I have pain on about... 1 day out of 4.
b) 3--I'm a pain weenie. XD

@literorrery @Phorm @Thaminga I *immediately* thought of "The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas" when I read that story, and I'm still full of helpless, sick rage, because yeah--if I walk away from Omelas, I will *die*. I *need* some of the Omelas stuff to survive, I don't want to die, and I don't believe just wandering off and dying quietly will make a difference anyway. hnrrgh.
