@dconley It used to retail on eight 5.25" floppies. I don't see why you couldn't.
I'd hate having to restart loading from the middle, though.
@dconley Apparently there's no OS on that record.
@Momentrabbit @mawr Clearly their Happiness Devices(tm) aren't working as intended.
@Momentrabbit @mawr We're not seeing a lot of engagement for one of our new business processes I'm trying to institute. So I wrote up a very polite letter to my coworkers saying, "hey, I see folks aren't doing the thing I've said we should be doing despite everyone saying this looks like a good idea. I'd like to know if there's a better way to get you to engage with the business process since I have a lot of data showing you're not doing it."
My boss suggested I find a different approach.
Civ V
I once played a game where one isolated barbarian settlement survived way later than usual, so I made it my objective to make sure they made it to the end of the game: Placing borders to keep out AI civs but not spread my culture too close, running a secret naval blockade, watching from afar with scouts and planes. When I got a tech victory and left the planet in AD Whatever, they were still in their little cove, sending out fishing boats and keeping a fire burning in the village centre.
@octopus It can't be "manager," 'cause few who get into that state will listen to those. The critique has to come from inside the perception-gap.
@octopus Team Lead.

biological instantiation - not even once
@KoBunny @emanate @Soreth Perhaps "not just once" is the better approach than "not even once." Take hold of your morphology, build the body or bodies you want to represent you, wear your self the way you wear your clothes, and change to fit your mood and desire. None of us is only one self; why should our physical forms be any different?
@mawr I don't think I actually see a practical difference between Friday and Monday, 'cause whatever day of the two we pick will become part of "the weekend" and the functional "work week" will start on the first day back to work.
That said, I'm more inclined to argue for "Monday" as the day off if only because it has such a terrible rep and I would rather rehabilitate it by making it the "productivity day not at work" (plan the week, pay bills, recover from the hangover, et cetera).
biological instantiation - not even once
@Soreth Bodies: not even once.
