@aesmael Everyone forgets the good or bad parts when it's convenient.

It's called Walrus Paradise, It's made from battery acid and Ambien. Found this chick at an anime convention wearin' a magenta fursuit sending group-texts of Furbies to all of her ex-boyfriends.

@neonNeptunian can we still be friends even if we can't consume vinegar?

Work

@literorrery To-do lists are nice and all, but it doesn't make anything happen by itself.

weird pre-bed thoughts

I think the reason I'm still stuck waist-deep in Furry Bullshit is because it's the closest thing to what I actually want: a stable culture that understands the editing, proliferating and fracturing of identity as normal due course. I'm tired of having to act like my own tiny fortress in an endless field of tiny fortresses! I want to pull my architecture apart into gooey 5D cubist shit and show it off from all angles! I want to know emotions they haven't given names to yet.

Henlo frens!

I made an AntiFa Illustrator template that you can use to make your own AntiFa logo for your local region! It's all in vector so it scales beautifully. Great for stickers! Please feel free to use and share!

"day off" just means we do all the work that no one sees immediately

Oops. Accidentally listening to music in our head again. Maybe it would be more satisfying if we actually listened to it instead of just remembering it playing.

In happy news, upgrading the Mac mini's RAM from 2GB to 8GB has made it very usable. We should probably put an SSD in it eventually too.

computer trials and tribulations

Trying to rearrange scattered files and redundant copies so we have two pairs of drives with data instead of the current mess.

Two days in we're at a corrupted file system on one USB drive, a different drive with a USB controller that falls asleep if it stops being used, one fully functional drive of the latter type, and an Xserve that has been a faithful, dutiful companion through all of this. If only drives for it were cheaper and it weren't so loud.

Coroner says she was wacked out on some new drug called Robo Buddies. Found her naked in a bathtub yellin' 'Why are my hands corduroy?!'

@Oneironott it's good to make the self more physical, more connected :)

Can we trust eBay sellers in China to actually be selling working 5-8 year old obscure CPUs for 25 USD?

Hey, if you want to read a comic featuring dragon ladies and lesbian robots that's stunningly drawn and pushes the boundaries of the medium, go check out Decrypting Rita.

@Oneironott
We suspect for us this was a lot of the underlying drive behind our dissociation when we were growing up. We don't know if there was ever any one thing we ever were, just a lack of being this physical thing. That has gathered material which resonates deeply enough with us to be sufficiently "us" in practice.

Being transgender has been one thing, but it's barely a thing compared to many of the rest. It's just been a treatable option in comparison.

Looking at the back of Ellie Goulding's album 'Halcyon Days' and thinking of trying to do tags for it horrifies and intrigues us.

A reminder:

Asexuality is a thing.
You are not weird or broken if you are asexual. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
