@luna I don't own the washing machine I use but I'm kinda glad it's so old it only has a simple microcontroller
my parents' way newer model may display the time remaining but it also makes you use horrible touch keys to click through menus to select the temperature and it still can't send me a push notification if the laundry is done. useless.
@luna tbh I would be suprised if there weren't a ton of washing machines running Linux or even Android
or I just set up my freshRSS instance to present some feeds publicly but I'd rather not do that

@LottieVixen the mini map can help and also in case you didn't know, you can open the glider once for a short bit even if you're out of stamina
@mic you can download your archive though and there's scripts to turn it into a searchable website
@mic the short explanation is that it doesn't work due to how Mastodon is designed, sadly
it'd be cool if I could actually parse RSS in the client… it'd be a tad slow but really low-maintenance
is there some way to have like, an aggregate of RSS feeds on a personal website? I'd love to have my latest Cohost posts, Masto, maybe Twitter in one convenient place when people click through to my website
