HI! I'm Freeman I'm and I'm creating a fully open source texture library composed of base materials that you can use as they are or modify to create more unique and complex ones. I currently have:
-Wood
-Concrete
-Steel
-Iron
-Copper
-A paint overlay to apply over any other material.
I would like to make at least 4 or 5 more for the first release. What base materials would be useful for you?

I'd say that I appreciate the Linux support but if there wasn't any I might not have to use it so
MS Teams is great, I love having to have it open in the browser and the Electron app because both are broken in different ways

@ionchy@octodon.social obvs new fridges come with fancy LED lighting that's very pretty but it's designed to work in there, not just crammed into a bulb shape that fits the respective socket
@ionchy@octodon.social I mean there's aftermarket solutions but the lifetime of an incandescent bulb will probably be a lot higher than some LEDs and a power converter thrown together at a budget
@ionchy@octodon.social from my understanding they can get hotter because of the halogen gas stopping the filament from burning up
@ionchy@octodon.social only ones that have alternatives. I could stil get a replacement incandescent bulb for my fridge
@Ellizamint that looks like it's bulging slightly. I don't think it's unsafe right now, batteries are designed to not go up in flames at much higher levels of stress. If it develops an immediately noticeable bulge I'd definitely advise to replace it though.
