emergency financial aid: we had to replace our sewer line

I should probably just say this as an isolated post so maaaaan thank you so much everyone wo worked on it but especially @trwnh for the absolutely baffling level of improvement the masto api docs have experienced recently. like also specifically fine grained change history. that is at least to me *incredibly* helpful and I'm glad that exists now
