Die BfDI hat der Vodafone GmbH zwei Geldbußen in einer Gesamthöhe von 45 Millionen Euro auferlegt.
Durch böswillig handelnde Mitarbeitende in Partneragenturen, die im Auftrag von Vodafone Verträge an Kunden vermitteln, war es unter anderem zu Betrugsfällen durch fingierte Verträge oder Vertragsänderungen zulasten von Kunden gekommen.

@onfy kinda wild that Nintendo is the last company that still cares about selling hardware, I think Sony and Microsoft would rather not and Valve just does it because no one else will build what they wanna make
@onfy to be fair the Shield and the Switch are kinda the same hardware
@onfy oh and the Chinese Nvidia Shield ports!
@onfy though technically "hardware they didn't make" is any phone running iOS or Android

@onfy just off the top of my head, SoulCalibur 2 on the Gamecube had Link in 2003, if you wanna count it Rocket League has I think Mario, Luigi and Samus-themed cars
@onfy there's a massive crossover event that had us grinding for stuff for days
