@sc other than that i found telegram really nice bc their stickers are really great but security was one of the main reasons i was switching to begin with

@sc main problem people have with telegram is two-fold:

a) heavy ownership by someone with a lot of ties to Russian government
b) proprietary encryption

if you don't care if someone (whether it be russian government or a hacker who cracked the encryption) can potentially access your conversations then that's fine just don't trust that any messages you send are fully secure
