i could really use someone to tell me i'm okay right now
i'm fine, peg and i are basically fine, it's just been a bit of a stressful day (due to ongoing retinal worries and bureaucratic stress from insurance switch)
and i've put peg through a lot of my fretful panicky side and some seattle-Thing-related stuff has spilled out of the brainvault
just some crushing old regrets and guilt that can never be resolved, because i'm in a horrible double-bind that prevents me from ever being able to make amends without starting a whole new round of fighting and misery for everybody -- ntm the fact that there are a lot of things i still feel i'm legitimately pissed off about, would love to resolve, but have no remaining hope it ever could be
so if your world sucks any less cause of me or you ever caught me not being a useless neurotic prick this would be a good time to remind me

@zebratron2084 With the proviso that we are basically casual friends who somehow are linked through the Seattle Furry Drama Vortex [*] my experience with you has always been that you're a decent person, one of those bringing energy to a crowd, often serving as muse, which is one of the best things you can be for a person.

@zebratron2084 [*] Seriously I'm regularly freaked out how many people we know in common. I'm this close to visiting just so we can, in a non-loggable medium, compare notes and see how much of our Things involve literally the same people. Except this would probably be a quite bad idea for both of us and for everybody who hopes we can dwell outside those Things.

@Austin_Dern agreed on all counts-- you and i, of all people, can probably come up with far cooler stuff to compare notes on-- like how many hot-swappable heads is too many, for a procyonid of class and distinction...
