yeah, I've got self-replication at 5 and got the bonus thing to improve hazard remediation. I've launched 3.21 thousand probes, and there's now 379.8~ thousand descendants, so they're definitely ramping up, but haven't hit whatever critical mass is needed yet, I guess. I'll just keep launching the probes...

I've launched 3k probes, there isn't an option to launch more than one at a time and hitting that button over and over is annoying, and I still haven't explored a meaningful fraction of the universe. my memory is 300, I have over a million Yomi... when does something else interesting happen? :|

@Elizafox I dunno about "normal," but it was definitely a stage I went through when I was learning to brain without stewing in depression. after shorting out for a while, the bad thoughts triggered less. nowdays they only trigger under pretty extreme/specific circumstances, they usually auto-terminate, and on the rare occasions they cascade into a full meltdown, I know what's happening and can self-care appropriately until it's run its course, which is *much* shorter now.
