@literorrery Made a plan for getting into better shape. It has incentive and lifestyle change built in very efficiently, so I'm hoping it will stick this time.

I made a possibly stupid commitment last night. But I'm going to stick with it as long as I can. Cause that's just how I roll. Going big and betting all or nothing on the first step cause I have no sense or patience for gradualism.

@literorrery A question for #TMITuesday: Is there a pattern/design on the underside/backside of your train, and if so, what does it mean to you?

@literorrery not exactly sexual, but certainly something i find way more interesting than just being impressed with the shiny spinny bits.

But if I had to pick, I think watching gooey food things getting squirted into containers probably comes (heh) closest to answering that question for me.

@literorrery Demonstrations of high-speed manufacturing. Machining, Milling, CNC routing. It's so, so very satisfying watching little spirals of metal shavings spin off into the waste bin as something gets _created_ from something lest interesting. Heck Time-lapses in general. I've killed whole days at work watching home remodeling and pool construction videos.

@Leucrotta It really isn't. And I say that as card carrying member of the official self flagellation club. But I know how hard it is to quit and I see that struggle. You're not alone.

@Leucrotta If the things you use in your art weren't things taught in your class, then yes you count as a self taught artist. And even if they were taught in your class, you count as a self taught artist, because you taught yourself stuff anyway.

And no, it doesn't matter anyway. You are an artist. Period. You are a creator and net reducer of entropy. And you are valid and good and valued.
