@elilla sorry if I'm misunderstanding, but this is too important not to correct: The quote doesn't say anything about before consumption, just if they failed to get a seal while canning. You should throw out anything that expands/lids that pop after they've been successfully canned.

@thufie you should be able to force a connection and then tap "connect anyways" in the notification that tells you that there's no internet on the wifi. You might have to turn off mobile data temporarily so there's no alternative. I stuggled with it bc the Switch 1 used a hotspot to transfer images to a phone

One of my daughters needs to get this certificate ASAP to help with her visa renewal; her visa expires on May. She did the test once and was refused for the written part because of nonsense bureaucracy, but passed the oral part. She did it again for the written part and failed, which was a hit to her self-esteem. So she studied hard, every day, and tried again, having resolved she'd leave the country if she didn't pass once more.
Her improvement in grades was marked, but she was still short—by a mere 6 points. She's now decided to try it one last time after all. However, every one of these attempts costs from 139€ to 159€ or more (see e.g. https://www.perfekt-deutsch.de/telc-deutsch-b2/ ). We are currently on a very tight budget for a variety of reasons and cannot afford ordering another test this month. This matters because places are limited, and results take a long time to come out. It would make a real difference if we could already book a new test and shorten the wait for a month; potentially it could be the difference between getting a new visa or not.
(If we get more money than asked, it will be used for the legal fund of my *other* immigrant children, who will need a lawyer to stay safe. More on this case later.)
But maybe the most important thing tonight is, there are few experiences as emotionally haunting as being an immigrant right now. Dealing with the Ausländerbehörde brought me to tears and total breakdown countless times, and I'm a grown-ass adult with a job. It feels like the entire country hates our existence and wants us to disappear. If you are of the opinion that a young, queer Brazilian artist should be allowed to live in Germany, please leave a short comment as to why. Then she'll get to practice her Leseverstehen with something nice for a change.
