Woo / Vision
On Sunday I had the opportunity to watch a ritual offering made by @literorrery while cuddling with @adeptomega. While I was watching it, holding her as she rested against my back I had a most vivid vision of Ko as a full-tree, Adept under her branches staring up at the stars on another world.
It's a reminder, I think, that my purpose in life is to provide shade and space, safety and refuge from the concerns of this world.

Getting Organized
@emanate @literorrery right now I vastly prefer writing things down at the moment. Mostly because the act of writing something down very much helps me remember it later. For whatever reason that just doesn't happen when I type it into an app.
Getting Organized
One of my recent tactics for getting organized is basically to take 10 minutes before the shop opens on Monday. I take a sheet of paper, make a 2x2 grid on it. I label 1 axis of the grid for Priority (Low/High) and one for Urgency (again, Low/High). I then place out the things I need to get done in any day on that grid. The result helps me prioritize what I should be doing (the High Urgency / High Priority items).

@starkatt I will admit that I enjoy those sorts of salsas...but only if they're medium to hot. I find that if it's a pairing of habanero or jalapeño that the sweet really brings out the smokey flavor of the pepper.
...as to what they're good on, I like them as a topping to fish or chicken :P

@emanate it's a nice idea to be sure. Utilikilts are expensive, but that could be a thing to do too.
The irony of my statement today is that today I'm headed to out distributor and the dump so skirts would be the most impractical choice of clothing.
There are days I wish it was more socially acceptable to be a boy-ish looking person and still be able to wear skirts at work.
I now have an appreciation for a New York bagel courtesy of previously mentioned coworker. My husband is now jealous (he can't have gluten). :9
One of my coworkers has family in from New York and freaked out and was late on account of cleaning his apartment. They were waiting for him here at work and I'm taking maybe a little perverse enjoyment of watching the interactions >:)
Nice quiet morning today. Had some tasty yogurt for breakfast, put together some foods for lunch, and making tea to convert into iced tea! ^.^
There is someone in the store who's text message is set to the Legend of Zelda's "Mystery Unlocked" theme. Every time he gets a text I wait for one of the walls to open up and reveal its secrets. >.>
