@incatoxication So many mornings after, I look back and think "I should write about that" followed by "life should be such that that isn't really remarkable."

The only solution I've eve found is to fictionalize it such that it's normal for the characters, and thus normal for those who live vicariously through them.

@CoronaCoreanici @KawaSeadrake @Oneironott Several months ago, someone introduced me to the fact that the terpenes in mango have been scientifically shown to potentiate cannabinoids. I learned the art of the mango smoothie as a means of extending and enhancing the marijuana high. I subsequently remixed "mango smoothie" the word over the course of a three-hour drug trip. Others picked up on this usage, and the term has now come to connote pot or, tangentially, being high.

It isn't that I understand the memes.

It's that I've stopped caring whether I understand or not.

I've hit the point of semantic satiation with the internet. I can be a grandma now in comfort. "That's nice, dear" can be a legitimate answer to everything, because parse errors no longer throw exceptions; they just return empty strings.
