@ElectricKeet I managed to do this once; I was fairly stoned (due to some edible mishap) but stuck in a very quiet car on a long trip back from a river tubing trip.
I'd brought my music player but had no way to hook it into the stereo.
So I sat and listened to one of my mixes, in my head without headphones, while playing it on my media player. :-)

@neonNeptunian @Doephin What I do don't understand, I guess, is why you couldn't fly home in the interim waiting time, and fly back once you have a date. You'd be waiting, but not stuck for a whole month in a situation you don't want to be in.
Aside from the plane ticket costs, at least.

@KawaSeadrake @adeptomega @emanate Also yes, even though the community's fairly AMAB-favored, and a lot of them have gone non-boy, there's still some around. Ko, Ellu, Kai, and Zander are ones that come to mind... And the demi-boys and sometimes boys and masculine-but-not-male and...etc.

@emanate So...I've basically swapped phantom kobold tail for phantom tailfeathers and wings. Shapeshifting, whee.
Still more of a toy emulating a bird. Worrying that I never get the beak quite right.

(As a note, this phantom appendage stuff doesn't actually happen to me very often, but it's always amusing when it does. )

Woke up this morning with a terrible soreness at the base of my tail. Been stretching it and trying to treat it okay all morning. Siting awkwardly forward on a bus seat to not squash it.

Which tail, you might ask?

Apparently I'm the kobold today. Tail's thicker than usual at the base and the tip barely brushes the ground if I point it directly down.

I feel less good about missing 2 days on here and skimming to catch up, compared to birdsite where I don't quite care as much.

@starkatt I've been wanting to take this whole course for a long time. It costs actual money but is from a real university too, so... could be neat?
